4 killed, 2 hurt in Cebu fire

MANILA, Philippines -- At least four people were killed and two were wounded in a residential fire in Cebu City early Friday, reports reaching Camp Crame national police headquarters in said.
The fire in Apricandice district, Looc, Lapu-Lapu City killed four members of a family, said the report. Police have yet to identify the victims.
The survivors meanwhile bore first-degree burns, it said.
Radio reports said the fire was caused by an overheated television.
